Job Description Summary
The ideal candidate will be studying changes in splicing of the eIF2alpha kinase, PERK, during endoplasmic reticulum stress as part of the study conducted in Dr. Kelly Jordan-Sciutto's research lab.

Job Description

The primary responsibilities of this position will include:
  • Perform qPCR, RNA isolation, and immunoblotting
  • Culture of primary neurons and astrocytes as well as other standard laboratory technology
  • Lab maintenance
  • Other duties as assigned
