Graduate Recruitment Coordinator

This position fulfills the day-to-day duties of the MBA program, specialized master's programs, and certificate program recruitment within the Gary W. Collins College of Business and serves as the primary point of contact to prospective graduate and certificate program students.

Responsibilities include:

Graduate Program Recruitment: Responding to walk-in, email, website and phone call inquiries regarding the Gary W. Rollins College of Business graduate programs and provides personalized and accurate information; Conducting ongoing scheduled phone calls to prospective applicants as part of the prospect communication plan; Tracking all prospective applicant correspondence via Radius for future reference; Guiding applicants through application process including completion of Graduate School application, Gary W. Rollins College of Business applications as well as submission of transcripts, exam scores, and any other required application materials; Counseling prospects and applicants in realistic admission timeline based on prospects' unique situation; Collaborating with the Graduate School as needed to ensure applications are completed correctly and are processed in a timely manner; Recruiting for the Gary W. Rollins College of Business graduate programs through on and off campus recruitment fairs and events

Graduate Student Admissions and Newly Admitted Student Guidance: Responding to newly admitted student questions (e.g., about UTC, the graduate programs, campus resources, program delivery, etc.) and referring students to appropriate campus resources as needed; Ensuring the Gary W. Rollins College of Business graduate students complete background prerequisites/modules as needed and accurately tracking completion of prerequisites/module; Performing other graduate program duties as assigned; Fulfilling graduate program duties as needed in the absence of either Director.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required. One to two years of related recruitment or admissions experience or equivalent is required. Must have excellent oral and communications skills. Must be highly organized and efficient. Computer skills required with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use a CRM system. Occasional evenings and weekends are required.
