Job Description: Research Data Analyst 1 We are seeking a Research Data Analyst computational biologist to lead transcriptomics analysis on research projects investigating breast cancer metastasis and infectious disease. The candidate will independently conduct end-to-end analysis of multi-omics datasets, including single-cell RNA-seq, bulk RNA-seq, and spatial RNA-seq data. Key responsibilities include expression matrix processing, quality control, normalization, differential expression testing with statistical corrections, pathway enrichment analysis, clustering, and publication-quality visualization. The candidate will collaborate with wet-lab teams and contribute to manuscript and grant preparation. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, scientifically curious, and able to work independently.

Required Skills

Required: Bachelor's Degree Preferred: Master's Degree, Data Sciences Experience: 1-3 years
