About the Department and/or College
Major/Essential Functions
- Assist and coordinate with the Graduate Advisor to ensure ECE Department graduate program policy, guidelines, and procedures are met and followed.
- Understand and follow TTU Graduate School system and policies for recruitment and admissions. Stay up to date with these policies and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and documented records for all graduate students to include but not limited to: degree plans, thesis proposals, thesis defenses, dissertation defenses.
- Review graduation requirements for graduate students to ensure all requirements are met and adhere to TTU Graduate School and ECE department policy.
- Coordinate with the Office of International Affairs as needed to assist with international student admissions and information.
- Assign coupon codes for admission fees as needed and/or directed by Graduate Advisor.
- Collaborate with Department Chair and Associate Chair for Undergraduate Studies to coordinate, plan, and schedule graduate courses for the ECE Department.
- Other assigned duties as needed by Department Chair and/or Graduate Advisor.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field plus one (1) year related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal five (5) years.

Pay Range
$19.47 - $25.29 - $31.15
