Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Registration Specialist's primary function is to process and maintain dual credit and dual enrollment registrations and serve as the liaison to the area high schools, Administrators, Counselors and Faculty for all registration issues. This position is a member of the Dual Credit/Dual Enrollment team and will lead student information and daily work flows related to technical enrollment operations, processing, and reporting. The specialist is responsible for the day-today Dual Enroll operations and provides recommendations to streamline enrollment operations processes.
Qualifications:
- Education
- Associate's degree or equivalent years of college required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Experience with word processing, email, spreadsheets, internet and databases required.
- Two years of experience in a busy office or college environment required.
- Customer service skills required.
Working Conditions:
Hiring Range:
Starting pay begins at $21.70/hr. based on experience.
Competitive starting pay is dependent on education and experience.
