About the Department and/or College
Major/Essential Functions
Donor Relations and Stewardship
- Develop and implement a Davis College-wide donor stewardship plan and communications calendar in collaboration with the Office of Development, TTU Office of Advancement, and Davis College Marketing and Communications.
- Coordinate timely donor acknowledgements, stewardship communications, scholarship materials, recognition efforts, and impact updates.
- Support personalized stewardship strategies that strengthen relationships and connect donors with the students, faculty, research, and programs they support.
- Partner with development staff to enhance the donor experience and foster a culture of gratitude, accountability, and service.
- Collaborate with the Davis College Marketing & Communications team to identify and share stories that highlight donor impact and college initiatives.
- Coordinate donor-facing materials including impact reports, proposals, presentations, correspondence, event materials, and stewardship updates.
- Support fundraising and donor engagement through strategic communication.
- Produce accurate, donor-focused communications that align with university and college branding and advancement standards.
- Maintain stewardship records, donor recognition tracking, and impact reporting to support donor engagement and relationship management.
- Respond to donor inquiries regarding gifts, acknowledgements, recognition, and giving opportunities while maintaining accurate donor records.
- Support scholarship stewardship efforts, including student thank-you letters and donor reports.
- Develop and implement donor cultivation, stewardship, and recognition events in partnership with the Development Office, TTU Office of Advancement, and Davis College Marketing and Communications.
- Collaborate with Davis College events coordinator to oversee activities to include, event preparation, post-event communications, and supervising support staff and event operations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in the area of specialization or closely related field. Three years of related administrative and technical experience. Additional job related education may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.

Pay Range
$53,900 - $70,100 - $86,200
