Position Description
Assists with the development and implementation of special events. Facilitates production of events by communicating with vendors, guests, internal staff and customers.

About the Department and/or College

Major/Essential Functions

Coordinate details and plan logistics with customers for their events.
Assist in day-to-day operations including: answering phones, booking events, meeting with clients, and coordinating support staff activities.
Maintain Top Tier email.
Manage inquiries regarding events from clients.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus one year related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience equal to five years.

Preferred Qualifications

Pay Range
$17.69 - $22.98 - $28.32
