Analyzes and coordinates office services such as personnel, budget preparation and control, fiscal affairs, equipment utilization, records control, and special management studies.

About the Department and/or College
Major/Essential Functions
- Project Execution: Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources; communication findings through tables, visualizations, and written or verbal summaries..
- Prospect Research: Identify and evaluate prospects for major gift cultivation using donor history, propensity, and capacity indicators.
- Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy of the advancement database through consistent manual and automated data entry practices.
- Service Delivery: Fulfill requests for data updates, reports, and data interpretation to support internal stakeholders.
- Data Insights: Apply statistical and analytical methods to assess gift officer performance and recommend strategy improvements.
- Culture: Live and promote the shared values of the Texas Tech University System: People First, Integrity, Community, Resilience, Exemplary Service.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in job related field plus two (2) years responsible related experience; or a combination of related education and/or experience to equal six (6) years.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiently operate a 10 key calculator, phone answering skills at a professional level. Knowledge of the Banner Accounting System. General office skills.
Pay Range
$17.69 - $22.98 - $28.32
