Primary Purpose of Position:
Position OverviewThe Assistant Coach at The University of North Carolina at Pembroke (UNCP) is a vital member of the Braves Athletics coaching staff, supporting the program's mission of developing successful adults from student-athletes through their pursuit of excellence in competition, the classroom, and the community. This position requires demonstrated knowledge of, and success in, coaching at the intercollegiate level, preferably within NCAA Division II and understanding of Conference Carolinas standards. The successful candidate must exhibit strong teaching ability, leadership, communication, and motivational skills while assisting in all facets of program development and operation under the direction of the Head Coach.
Assist Head Coach with all duties related to a successful women's basketball program.
