Performs varied and complex administrative duties in the management and coordination of a large specialized project and/or program. About the Department and/or College
Major/Essential Functions
- Clinical Supervision to Trainees: Provide clinical supervision and other training-related activities to doctoral interns, graduate practicum students, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy-Associates, and/or Licensed Professional Counselor-Associates.
- Serve as 2) Coordinator of Outreach/Group Services. Coordinator of Outreach/Group Services: Responsible for planning and coordination of departmental activities related to provision of psycho-educational programming and group therapy for the campus community.
- Direct Services to Students: Provide individual, group, and couples therapy. Provide crisis intervention services. Provide Walk-In Clinic triage services. Provide outreach programming
Required Qualifications
Master's-level degree in related area. Licensed in the State of Texas by the corresponding professional board. License-eligible in Texas by corresponding State Board. Knowledge of working with a college student population. Thorough knowledge of the application and evaluation of counseling techniques. Ability to conceptualize and prioritize goals and objectives. Ability to relate to people from all walks of life and communicate effectively with them.

Pay Range
$65,200 - $84,800 - $104,300
