Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Systems Analyst, Dual Credit/Dual Enrollment serves as the primary operational owner of enterprise platforms supporting dual credit (DC) and dual enrollment (DE) registration, enrollment, new course workflows, and reporting. This position ensures that systems operate efficiently, comply with institutional and state requirements, and support high school partners, instructors, and internal college stakeholders. Responsible for system configuration, user access management, data integrity, workflow optimization, reporting, oversight of dual credit new course approval processes, and tracking of ongoing compliance requirements in coordination with internal offices and external vendors.

  • Serve as the primary system administrator and back-end user for all platforms supporting Dual Credit/Dual Enrollment registration, enrollment, dual credit course workflows, and compliance requirements.
  • Configure system settings, workflows, deadlines, course attributes, and validation rules to align with institutional and state requirements.
  • Administer user roles, permissions, and access for instructors, high school staff, and internal college users.
  • Maintain system documentation, process guides, and standard operating procedures.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues including registration errors, access problems, data mismatches, and system limitations.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for software-related issues impacting students, instructors, or partners.
  • Coordinate with IT, Records, Admissions, and vendor support teams to diagnose and resolve system issues.
  • Assess system enhancements to improve operations processes and ensure data integrity and security.
  • Test fixes, updates, and enhancements to ensure system stability and accuracy.
  • Monitor and validate data accuracy across platforms, ensuring consistency with student records and course data.
  • Support compliance with FERPA, college policies, prerequisite enforcement, and ICCB/state reporting requirements.
  • Generate, maintain, and validate reports related to course offerings, registration, enrollment, drops/adds, and participation trends.
  • Support audit and reporting processes by ensuring reliable system outputs and documentation.
  • Analyze registration and enrollment workflows to identify inefficiencies or risks.
  • Recommend and implement system-based improvements to reduce manual work, errors, and processing time.
  • Assist in the design and rollout of new system features or process changes related to dual credit operations.
  • Support scalability as the program grows across additional high school partners and student populations.
  • Provide system-focused training and guidance to instructors, high school staff, and internal users.
  • Develop training materials related to platform use, timelines, and required data inputs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on DC/DE systems for program leadership and campus partners.
  • Partner closely with college leadership to align system functionality with operational needs.
  • Collaborate with Admissions, Records, Learning Technologies, IT, Institutional Research, and Academic Affairs on system-dependent processes.
  • Participate in system planning discussions, upgrades, and long-term technology strategy.
  • Other related duties as assigned.


  • Qualifications:

    • Education
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
    • Experience
      • 2-4 years of experience administering or supporting enterprise or platform-based software systems, preferably in a higher education or administrative environment required.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to coordinate across departments and with external partners.
      • Detail-oriented, with a focus on data integrity and compliance.
      • Strong communication and training skills.


    Working Conditions:

  • This position is subject to a background check and education verification at the expense of the College.


  • Hiring Range:
    Starting pay begins at $66,487 based on experience.

    Competitive starting pay is dependent on education and experience.
