Position Description
Provides project management including adherence to budget, schedule and scope. Plans, schedules or coordinates projects activities to meet deadlines. Monitors project compliance. Coordinates the overall integration of the project. Supervises and directs project personnel; assigns duties and responsibilities.

Major/Essential Functions

Develops, documents, and revises system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards
archiving data decisions as well as documenting what worked, what didn't and pivots made
make suggestions on both coding and user experience tracking user metrics
Liaison between user X groups and coding groups
Archiving data decisions
Serves as a liaison by providing consultation, documentation, and direction to other areas with regard to analysis, design, configuration, testing, and policy implementation within all systems.
Gathers, analyzes, and documents user requirements, business processes, and problems to automate or improve existing systems; elicits and documents business needs for new systems or updates.
Work with UX and UI developers to design solutions that meet business requirements.
Act as a liaison between program area at TEA, external partners, and internal development team.
Evaluate potential technologies or systems for feasibility and alignment with goals. Work with developers to design efficient systems and workflows.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus three years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience to equal seven years.

Agile and Scrum Methodologies
Advanced business analytics skills
