Primary Purpose of Organization Unit:
Athletic Training services and kinesiology related instruction.

Primary Purpose of Position:
Teach undergraduate courses as assigned by the Department of Kinesiology Chair. Position also provides medical care for assigned teams within the Department of Athletics.Primary sporting assignments: TBD by Head Athletic Trainer in conjunction with AD. Provides daily medical care for assigned teams to include all team activities and associated travel, including nights and weekends; maintain appropriate electronic medical records; supervise graduate assistant athletic trainers; carry out administrative and other duties as assigned by the Dept. Chair or the Senior Associate Athletics Director.

Lic or Certifications Required by Statute or Regulation: BOC Certification, AED/CPR Certification, Licensed or Eligible for athletic training licensure in North Carolina.
