Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Application Services, the Manager of Enterprise Process and Content Services ensures the design, development, and rollout of technological solutions.
The Manager is responsible for setting goals and priorities for the team, ensuring delivery of solutions that result in an improved experience for constituents, as well as mitigating manual overhead. They design and develop solutions that streamline, automate, and improve business operations and are the primary administrators of several content and automation software applications.
This position may require occasional evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
Essential FunctionsÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ
- Analyzes, assesses, and implements imaging and workflow solutions to provide efficiency for the business and academic units.
- Sets goals and prioritizes team tasks, assigns work to team members, and regularly reviews outcomes.
- Manages a team of 1 FTE, a consultant, and one part-time student intern, supporting the professional development of staff and a cohesive team.
- Evaluates new product solutions to enhance the offering (new software products and tools).
- Participates in the design and implementation of new software solutions and coordinates the maintenance and enhancement of existing software.
- Develops documentation and training material while empowering business units to develop forms and workflows.
- Responsible for the Hyland OnBase Suite; Imaging, Workflow, Cloud Servers, Provisioning/deprovisioning of user accounts, document retention, Disconnected Scanning and integration with third-party systems.
- Responsible for the Formstack application and new applications as necessary; account provisioning, community onboarding, and providing guidance on maximizing return to the community.
- Provides support to departments and oversees training.

Supervises the work of other Fordham employees who are individual contributors. Responsible for hiring, training and developing, managing performance and administering corrective action. Has significant input in compensation decisions.
Additional FunctionsÂÂÂÂÂÂ
- Administers, manages, oversees, and configures imaging and workflow solutions. Inclusive of workflow design, e-forms, document imaging, form composition and maintenance, verification, and error correction for all document management functions.
- Ensures projects stay on track and within scope. Reports progress/issues to senior management. Manages competing priorities and shifts timelines as needed.
- Meets with DevOps leadership regularly to review objectives and provide feedback.
- Works closely with data owners to enforce document retention as defined by Fordham’s document retention policy.
- Identifies and implements monitoring on critical applications to ensure up time.
- Configures and supports integration with third-party applications.
- Leverages multiple integration options to ensure documents are stored efficiently to support future retrieval.
- Works directly with vendors on imaging projects to accommodate electronic upload of historical documents to document management systems
- Responsible for upgrades and enhancements of workflow applications, including version and release updates.
- Ensures proper testing and quality control of new initiatives prior to production release.
- Coordinates system requests with business partners and IT colleagues to address workstation deployment and troubleshoot physical scanning incidents.
- Performs administrative functions within the document management application in support of maintaining a reliable and consistent platform.
- Maintains electronic document imaging, storage, retrieval, and retention based on specifications and regulatory guidelines over multiple platforms.
- Builds policy documents in compliance with established standards and formatting to support automated document scanning, imaging, and retrieval.
- Manages the team’s tasks and shift priorities as needed to accomplish department goals and objectives.
- Provides business-critical summaries for management, analyzing workload and employee productivity.
- Manages Enterprise Process Content on internal and external websites.
Required Qualifications: Education and ExperienceÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field, or in lieu of a degree, 5+ years of solid experience in an Enterprise IT-related environment..
- Experience working with Document Management, Imaging, and Workflow software.

Required Qualifications: Knowledge and SkillsÂÂÂÂÂ
- Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into applications, operational technology requirements, and process flow analysis, for both technical and business-oriented processes.
- Ability to manage cloud-based applications and web-based solutions.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles, tools, and various methodologies.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture best practices.
- Aptitude for learning new technologies.
- The ability to analyze and identify functional and technical opportunities, risks, and issues, and direct others on the appropriate course of action.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, action-oriented, results-driven.
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly in a fast moving environment that supports students, academic and administrative units.
- Strong team player with proven ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, direct reports, and senior management.
- Successful candidates should have a knowledge of and commitment to the goals of Jesuit Education.
Preferred QualificationsÂ
- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, C#, JavaScript, and Unity Scripts.
- Hyland System Administrator Certification.
- Hyland Workflow Administrator Certification.
- Experience with Ellucian Banner and Ethos.
- Experience with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
- Demonstrated understanding of Fordham’s culture and environment, as well as the technical, business, and cultural environment of higher education in general.

Minimum Starting Salary: $95,000
Â
Maximum Starting Salary: $107,000

Note: Salary is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skills.
