  • Guide Fellows in coordinating meaningful student-facing programming that aligns with the six pathways of social impact and builds strategic relationships with community partners.
  • Support Fellows in advancing interdisciplinary, applied learning initiatives that bridge campus and community needs.
2) Oversee Community Partnership Development and Signature Events
  • Manage and maintain the community partner database and intake process, ensuring accurate and accessible records of partner organizations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for community partners, nonprofits, businesses, public agencies, and grassroots organizations, fostering mutually beneficial collaborations.

  • Facilitate pre-trip orientations and post-trip reflections to support student growth, leadership development, and deeper pathway engagement.

Why You Should Join Our Team
At the Center for Social Impact, we believe that many worldviews and perspectives, relational care, and strategic systems thinking and design are essential to advancing meaningful and sustainable change. In our office and our work, we seek to create an environment where team members feel empowered to bring their authentic selves, collaborate deeply, and grow both personally and professionally.

Our work style is fast-paced, collaborative, innovative, and reflective. We value critical inquiry, creativity, commitment, and humor. We dive into big strategic discussions-and just as enthusiastically into conversations about current events and pop culture.

We hold ourselves accountable to the values outlined in our Center's approach to social impact: uvu.edu/socialimpact/about-us. These values guide our decision-making, partnerships, and leadership practices. We are committed to continually learning and evolving as individuals and as a team.
