WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Program Facilitator II is a part-time position. This position provides management support services or facilitation in a nonsupervisory role for specific instructional programs and/or locations where administrative-instructional oversight is provided. The Program Facilitator II will serve as a support to the Director and Academic and Career Advisor. Responsibilities will include processing, copying and filing academic records and curriculum documents for student files as well as conducting internal audit of student files. Assist in maintaining inventory of materials and restocking as needed. Assist with maintaining instructional areas for hands-on-activities, including set up, preparation and clean up, as needed. Assist in contacting and updating alumni information for documentation and reporting. Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
At a minimum the selected candidate must have an Associate's degree or industry licensing/certification in the designated program area supplemented by a minimum of two (2) years of related experience. Additionally, the candidate will have an Associate degree in higher administration or industry licensing/certification in a related field, plus three (3) years of administrative or related experience. Experience in Microsoft suite, online database systems and working in a college setting.
