Job Summary

Provide routine office support for Parking and Transportation Office.

Responsibilities
  • Support field enforcement operations through performance of daily tasks
  • Perform data entry
  • Serve as receptionist; route calls, mail, email and inquiries
  • Perform daily accounting/bookkeeping and deposit functions
  • Assist with coordination of special event parking


Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Experience
  • One (1) or more years of related work experience


Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Experience
  • One (1) or more years of customer service experience


Proposed Salary

$12.26 - $14.90 per hour

This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
