The Department of Economics at Southern Methodist University (SMU) invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant Professor level. Candidates should demonstrate a record of, or potential for, excellence in research, teaching, and Ph.D. student supervision. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds.

Qualifications:
A Ph.D. in Economics or a related field is required by the August 1, 2027 start date.
