About the Department and/or College
Major/Essential Functions
- Primary Depositor Backup: review, code and process Daily Deposit and upload in Xtender.
- Facilitate New Fund Setups: obtain required dept information and submit request.
- Create and process JVs: transfer funds, maintain data integrity.
- Serving backup to interoffice tasks: including but not limited to submitting collecting daily bank activity and remote deposits, submitting supply orders, processing and sending out W-9 and invoices, reporting meter readings, sorting mail, sending insurance reminders and uploading daily revenue file.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience OR combination of education and experience to equal 5 years.

Pay Range
$21.39 - $27.84 - $34.23
