| Detailed Description: |
The Student Success Specialist plays an integral role in the overall successful operation of the Knauss School of Business Student Success Center (SSC). The Specialist is responsible for managing, coordinating, organizing, and supporting projects and processes within the SSC as well as managing the front desk in a fast-paced, highly trafficked setting serving both undergraduate and graduate business students. The Specialist supports the Assistant Deans of Student Success in efforts to communicate and implement student-related policies, deliver inclusion and wellness initiatives, and initiate student outreach in order to provide proactive and student-centric, personalized services that empower business students to identify, pursue and achieve their academic, personal and career ambitions. The Specialist monitors SSC equipment and coordinates schedules and special events, as needed. The Specialist must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to prioritize and multitask during busy times in the office. | Posting Salary: |
$27-31 per hour; Excellent Benefits. In addition, the Knauss School of Business offers two different compressed work schedule options following a 9/75 structure in which employees have 1 to 1.5 days off over every two-week period as well as a hybrid option for those positions that can complete some work remotely. The salary range provided in this posting reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered or earned is dependent on experience, education and other factors including departmental budget. |
