Position Summary
The Department of Medicine, Division of Hematology/ Oncology Dr. Ghafoors Laboratory is seeking a skilled Research Technician II for 1 year. In this role the Research Technician II will support cutting-edge translational and basic science research focused on thoracic malignancies. The successful candidate will work closely with laboratory members to perform experiments investigating novel targeted therapies, immunotherapies, gene delivery platforms in-vitro and mice studies.

Minimum Qualifications
- Associates degree or two years formal training in subject matter directly related to the project or program and at least 3 years of experience directly related to the project or program.
- Requires familiarity with the standards used in the field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters or PhD Degree
