Bouve College of Health Sciences has over 200 faculty members, with approximately 2,000 undergraduate and 2,400 graduate students. The Arnold S. Goldstein Simulation Laboratories Suite, opened in 2013, provides a state-of-the-art simulation center for interprofessional education.

Responsibilities:
The Program Manager, within the School of Pharmacy's Office of Experiential Education (OEE), is a team member of 6, including work-study student[s]. The Program Manager reports to the OEE Director.

Under the supervision of the Director, and in consultation with the other OEE team members, this position will independently manage a variety of responsibilities and project tasks that support the Office of Experiential Education (OEE) within the School of Pharmacy. Members of the OEE are responsible for oversight and quality assurance of the pharmacy practice experience component of the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) curriculum. These pharmacy practice experiences are required by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) and constitute 30% of the PharmD curriculum.

The purpose of this position is to (1) coordinate and maintain regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders; (2) manage and coordinate advanced pharmacy practice experience onboarding processes (3) Administer OEE projects and initiatives that are required by both internal and external requesters including maintenance of OEE website; (4) collect and report evaluations that summarize Introductory Pharmacy Practice Experiences (IPPEs, also known as cooperative education experiences);and (5) reconcile and supervise the OEE annual budget.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's preferred. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a professional business, medical, or an academic setting required. Excellent computer skills a must, with particular proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint. Strong command of the English language including verbal, writing, grammar, and spelling skills along with a professional, strong client service orientation. Must have excellent planning and time management skills and an ability to orchestrate multiple priorities from multiple sources in a busy environment. Ability to anticipate, organize, prioritize, plan for and organize work flow effectively is essential. Must possess strong customer service orientation toward both internal and external stakeholders. Must be flexible and have evidence of successfully working in a team environment. Proven ability to manage confidential information is required and strong attention to detail skills essential. Knowledge of medical terminology strongly desired.
