Job Summary
The Mary A. Rackham Institute (MARI) is currently seeking a full-time Office Assistant. This position will provide intake, reception, and administrative support for MARI clinics. It will be located in the McKinley Building on Washington Street. This position will report to the Office Supervisor of the clinics. Office Hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-8pm and Friday 8am-5pm; availability to open and/or close required.

Responsibilities*
Duties may include, answering the telephone, scheduling initial appointments, client registration, new client intakes, insurance verification, and client check-ins. Filing, mailing, scanning, and other administrative duties as necessary.

Required Qualifications*
Qualifications: Bachelors degree (or college-level experience) in psychology, social work, public health, health care administration, or relevant field; excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills, proven ability to work well with faculty, students, and staff; outstanding attention to detail; proven ability to maintain individual rights to privacy and confidentiality; excellent customer service skills and comfort discussing and collecting co-pays.
