Responsibilities:

The Digital Marketing and Automation Manager is responsible for the development, deployment, and management of marketing campaigns and web pages for the Northeastern University D'Amore-McKim School of Business graduate programs. The Manager will work with many different units and must be excellent at cross-functional collaboration, project management, and verbal and written communication. He/she must be able to translate marketing requirements into measureable, scalable experiences for prospective students. Marketing automation responsibilities using the marketing automation system (Marketo) will include deployment and oversight of email campaigns, marketing campaigns, campaign performance reporting, campaign process documentation, email and landing page templates, and A/B testing. The person in this role will be responsible for creating engaging and effective interactive experiences on the D'Amore-McKim graduate program web pages. Website responsibilities will include oversite of graduate program web pages, optimizing web pages for conversion, data analysis through Google Analytics, A/B testing for continual improvement, and liaising with the D'Amore-McKim Web Manager and an external agency for template design and functionality build-out.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or business with minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing required. Five years experience working with the marketing automation tool Marketo, or a similar system, managing marketing email and event campaigns is required. Direct experience and expertise with Salesforce or a similar system is required. Demonstrated understanding of marketing analytics for demand generation marketing. Self-motivated, quick learner with the ability to plan and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Strong organization and project management skills with an ability to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate will have an ability to identify opportunities for improvement, research solutions, implement plans, assess performance, and communicate recommendations for optimization.
