Monmouth University is seeking applications for an Office Coordinator for the Assistant Vice President for Student Life.
The candidate would be expected to: answer the telephone and routes calls as appropriate regarding many student and parent inquiries; arrange meetings and a very large number of student appointments; maintain and student discipline files; Prepares highly confidential reports on student discipline cases on a regular basis; assist with the coordination of Family Weekend and the publication of the Student Handbook and the Commencement Program.

Required Years of Experience: 3
Very strong grammar and proofreading skills. Must have the ability to interact effectively with on- and off-campus constituencies Must be able to work within established deadlines.
Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel 2013.
